We believe buying new flooring should be simple process. Here is what you can expect when you choose us.
1.Get in touch
Call us on 07833 708052 or complete the enquiry form on the contact us page. We'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your project.
2. Initial consultation
We'll have a chat about your project, the type of flooring you want and your budget. This helps us understand your project before we arrange a site visit.
3. Free site visit
We will arrange a convenient time to visit your property, completely free of charge and with no obligation. During the visit we'll:
4. Send you your quote
Following our site visit we will send you a quote by email. We will also follow up with a text message to let you know it has been sent, just in case it lands in your spam or junk folder.
5. Follow Up
If we haven't heard from you after a few days, well give you quick call (usually within 3-5 days) to make sure you have received your quotation. There's absolutely no pressure - it's just an opportunity for us to check in and help you if you need any further advice.
6. Book your installation
Once you are happy with your flooring choice and quotation, we'll agree covenient installation date. To secure your booking and order your materials, we'll ask for a 25% deposit.
7. Flooring Delivery and acclimatisation
Your new the flooring will usually be delivered to your home at least 48 hours before installation. This is to allow the flooring time to acclimatise to your homes temperature and humidity, helping to ensure the best possible finish and long-term performance.
8. Professional installation
On the agreed installation date, we will install your new flooring to the highest standard, within agreed timeframe. All waste will be tidied up an dthen the finshed flooring wil be ready to check over to ensure you are ahppy with it.
Once you accept your quotation, we'll ask for a 25% deposit to secure your installation date and order your chosen flooring materials. This also allows us to schedule your project and prepare everything needed for installation.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we have not yet ordered your flooring or incurred any costs on your behalf, your deposit may be refunded.
If we have already ordered your materials, reserved your installation date or incurred other reasonable costs, we may retain some or all of your deposit to cover these costs, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Yes. Where your contract is entered into in your home or a location away from our business premises, UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason.
When we provide your quotation we will also provide details of your cancellation rights.
If you would like us to begin work before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, we will ask you to give express permission in writing.
If you later cancel after we have started work, you may be required to pay for the work completed and any materials that have already been ordered or supplied.
Many flooring products we supply are ordered specifically for each customer, some of our flooring products are custom made for each customer.
If your flooring has been specially ordered or manufactured to your requirements, cancellation rights may be limited once production or ordering has begun. We'll always explain this before placing your order.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is due once your flooring installation has been completed

We supply and fit flooring across Leeds and surrounding areas including Crossgates, Colton, Barwick, Scholes, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Horsforth, Shadwell, Adel and Alwoodley. If you are outside these areas, contact us to see if we can help you with your flooring project.
Yes we do. It is not uncommon for us to work in Harrogate and York. Depending on size of project or if we have worked for you in the past we will travel to help you get your flooring project completed.
Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
Our fitters have been trained by the likes of Amtico, Polyflor, Uzin and TLC. Our team are aslo NVQ level 2 qualified floorlayers in textile and resilient floor coverings

We don't have a show room. We bring the samples to you.
We use this approach as we find that you can see what your flooring is going to look like better under the natural and ambient lighting of your own home. This also allows us to conduct a site survey and address any potential issues or problems with your installation that you may have at the same time.
In the past we have found a lot of unknowns when using other trades so we aim to keep it as simple as possible and to also keep to our word.
